We are excited to have you join the OHHS Band Boosters!

Please fill out this form so we have your contact information on file and can keep you up to date with meetings and more. You will receive a copy of this form via email upon submission.

Annual Membership Includes
- Voting rights at all general Band Boosters meetings.
- Eligibility for board title/officer positions (president, treasurer, etc) - parent/guardian of student(s) active in band/guard.
- BAND app invite with access to meeting minutes, event calendar and more.
- Email updates with upcoming events, volunteer opportunities and more.

NOTE: Membership NOT required to attend meetings. Our meetings are open to all parents/guardians of our students who are active in our programs, regardless of membership status.

All new & renewed memberships are valid through July 31, 2024.

A $25.00 donation is greatly appreciated, but not required. If you will be including a donation with your membership, please fill out the following info below.
