Meal Sponsors

Drinks, snacks, brunch/lunch and dinner. All meals are well balanced and freshly cooked on site by the boosters and additional volunteers. We serve 50+ students plus staff per competition. This has become a tradition that the students enjoy and appreciate, keeping them well-fed and hydrated with meals cooked with love instead of fast food.

Although we can't give exact numbers, here's how we advertise and where your info will be seen. We are always working on new ways to give our supporters the recognition the deserve.

Home Football Games
(5 minimum)

Students, staff, family & friends wear the fall Show Band shirt with logos/names on back. Halftime sponsors announced on social media platforms.

**September through November

Competition Travel
(4 minimum)

Students, staff, family & friends wear the respective fall or winter shirt with logos/names on back. Banners displayed at ensemble's rest site. Sponsors announced on social media platforms.
**October & March

03.

Concerts & Showcases
(5 minimum)

Collective and individual banners displayed at event. Logo and applicable advertisements in printed programs. Business highlighted in between performances.

**November through June

To Promote Creativity: Students learn to appreciate a variety of genres and styles of music and dance. We promote self expression and creativity along with physical fitness & endurance.
Reflect Inner Values: Students experience a “community” of peers all focused on a positive, common goal. Together, they learn the art of communication and teamwork. They also develop the self-confidence needed to tackle tough tasks and see them through to completion. These are values needed in all aspects of life.
To Boost Motivation: The moment any student joins an activity, they need support from everyone. A business willing to invest in them builds their confidence because someone else beyond their inner circle of family and friends believes in them. This gives them a sense of value and worth, boosting motivation and team morale.
To Be a Good Human: Donating is a major mood-booster. The knowledge that every cent of your donation goes directly to the students and that you are helping is hugely empowering and, in turn, can make you feel happier and more fulfilled. Having the ability to improve the lives of others is a powerful feeling.
Community Goodwill: Strengthening your business image is one of the most valuable benefits of sponsorship. We all love businesses that care about spreading positive messages and helping the community. Community involvement also sets you apart from larger brands. Your investment will be rewarded with recognition and advertising throughout the season.
To Get a Tax Deduction: The OHHS Band Boosters is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization so that means your donation may be tax-deductible. Save that donation receipt and contact your tax advisor. Even small donations have an impact. Plus giving brings us closer to creating the world we would want to live in.
