Louie Giugliano

The president leads all booster meetings and is a co-signer on organization funds.  The major duties include, but are not limited to:

- Perform duties as outlined in the bylaws of the organization
- Organizes and leads all meetings of the organization
- Regularly meet with the Band Director to maintain communication between members and staff.
- Keep the booster activity calendar current and plan events months in advance so committees and volunteers have time.
- Works with each board member individually regarding their specific role as tasks require.
- Prepare the annual budget along with the Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Band Director.

Cheree Adams

The vice-president acts as the president’s representative in his/her absence. The vice-president must remain familiar with the organization’s day-to-day operations in order to be an engaged leader. The major duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Lead at meetings in the absence of the president
- Perform administrative functions as delegated by the president
- Coordinate the public relations and publicity of the association, as well as scheduling volunteer support for all OHHS Band/Guard events that require volunteers. Examples of events include, but are not limited to football games, parades, competitions, and festivals.
- Perform other specific duties as outlined in the bylaws of the organization

Melissa Turner

The secretary is responsible for keeping accurate records at meetings (i.e., minutes) and providing monthly meeting minutes to the band director and Boosters members. The major duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Shall be prepared to refer to the minutes of previous meetings, and shall prepare a summary of unfinished business for the use of the President.
- The meeting minutes will be prepared and sent to the board within 10 days for membership distribution.
- Understand bylaws and standing committee rules
- Keep current membership lists
- File required annual paperwork with school and other entities. 
- Record meeting attendance and committee listings
- Correspond regularly with all members of the Boosters (e.g., newsletter, BAND app, etc.)

The Treasurer is ultimately responsible for assuring that all financial records are maintained and taxes are filed on time to avoid penalties and loss of exemption. The Treasurer is the authorized custodian of the funds of the Boosters. The major duties include, but are not limited to:

- Manage all money associated with the Boosters
- Maintain an accurate account of all money received and distributed
- Help prepare the Boosters' annual budget
- Issue a receipt for all monies received
- Deposit funds 
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Present detailed monthly financial reports
- File Sales & Use Tax or Franchise Tax with the Texas Comptroller’s office (quarterly, or annually)
- File annual IRS federal tax Form 990, 990-N (e-postcard) or 990-EZ 
- Other specific duties as outlined in the bylaws of the organization
