Fundraising is a vital part of the OHHS Band Boosters Organization. Your support has helped keep the cost of participating in band programs steady over the last several years.

Monetary Donations & Bequests

Our band and guard programs perform and compete year round. The shows that our groups perform takes many levels of financial support for props, uniforms/costumes, equipment and transportation.

By contributing to the OHHS Band Boosters, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, you play a vital role in helping to keep these programs continue to stay open and run smoothly; which then provides the students opportunities to expand their knowledge, their talent and overall success.

From sheets of music, instruments to colorful flags, every dollar goes directly to educating and enhancing the band & guard programs performances.

Instrument Donation

We truly appreciate when people donate their used instruments. These instruments can be used to help new students, as trial instruments for students to experience new instruments, or in other ways. To donate your instrument, please send us an email using the button below.

Community Fundraising

We love our Oak Harbor community and enjoy performing locally. We value the relationship of our family, friends and fans of music & performance art. These fundraisers benefit the consumer, environment and/or the business community as much as it benefits the students.

Become a Biggest Fan or Sponsor

The OHHS Band Boosters has a biggest fans & sponsor program for those who want to support the work of our talented students. A fan can be ANY person and a sponsor is any business, big or small that would like to contribute.

The OHHS Band Boosters is a valid
501(c)3 tax exempt organization recognized by the IRS.
Your donation will be tax-deductible.

Our ANNUAL Biggest Fans & Sponsor Drive starts in mid June and ends August 31, but you can donate throughout the year!
If you missed the drive but would still like to help support, your help is greatly appreciated and needed. Donations are excepted year-round and you will receive a receipt for your tax purposes.
