Our job is to take care of all the planning, preparation and execution of events and fundraisers that directly contribute to our students. This takes a tremendous weight off the shoulders of our band director, which lets him do what he does best: teach music. 

Join in our efforts by contributing your skills, knowledge and/or time. We need bakers, crafters, chaperones, drivers, prop builders, prop/equipment movers, envelope-stuffers, admin (board members) and all-around eager-to-help volunteers. Whatever skill you may have to offer, we are sure it can be used to boost, promote and further enhance the band & guard programs!

We understand that due to unique circumstances, you may not be able to attend all meetings or events. It does, however, take a lot of work to keep our band & guard running. We ask each parent to devote some time to the volunteer opportunities available. 

Fortunately, technology also helps keep everyone updated. Here are two options if you can’t make an in-person meeting:

NOTE: Membership NOT required to attend meetings. Our meetings are open to all parents/guardians of our students who are active in our programs, regardless of membership.
